Pre sales: We will make a reasonable production plan and quality control system and ensure the delivery time.
On Sales: We will track the order to ensure on-time delivery and assure quality. In our factory, each process has a fixed inspector, some specific processes have 100% full inspection.
After sales: When receiving customer complaints, We have to identify the reason within 8 hours. Provide the reason/ treatment measures/ prevention plan to the customer within 24 hours. Customer satisfaction is our greatest pursuit !
